1FreePBX has no limit on internal user extensions. We deploy your cloud hosted system with the necessary memory, CPU and hard disk space for the number of internal users you have. Should the number of users increase then we can allocate more resources on your cloud system as and when required. Monthly Support can be added on optionally to match the level of your cloud hosted system.
